Daniel has worked in some of the top restaurants in Tallinn, Estonia, Oslo, Norway, Australia and France.

Since he opened his first restaurant GC Gastrobar in Tallinn Daniel has been concentrating on catering for gourmet private and corporate events including private dinners, weddings and canapé parties.

Daniel’s food is based around europe produce while showcasing classic and modern approaches. Time spent in some of the best restaurants and living abroad obviously influence his dishes though bold flavours and seasonality are always to the fore.
